Terms and Conditions mzlogin — Member Rights and Responsibilities

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and mzlogin ("Platform", "Us") regarding the use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided under the mzlogin brand.

By accessing or using any part of the mzlogin platform — including simply browsing this website — you automatically agree to comply with these Terms. This agreement is legally binding and takes effect as soon as you begin using the platform.

Mzlogin reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment is deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

To use the mzlogin platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

Mzlogin will not be held liable for any losses arising from your negligence in maintaining account security, including but not limited to sharing your password with others.

Regarding Deposits:

• The minimum deposit is RM 30 unless otherwise stated for specific promotions.
• Deposit funds will be credited to your account within 1 to 5 minutes after the transaction is successfully confirmed by the payment processor.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

The general terms applicable to all mzlogin bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per account, per household, per IP address, and per device.

• Attempting to deceive or manipulate the customer support system.
• Filing an invalid chargeback after a legitimate transaction has been completed.

Mzlogin fosters a positive and inclusive gaming environment. Valid complaints from members will be thoroughly investigated and resolved within 5 business days through our official support channels.

All content on the mzlogin platform — including but not limited to website design, logos, graphics, user interface, text, source code, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of mzlogin or our licensed partners.

You are prohibited from:

• Copying, reproducing, publishing, or distributing any platform content without prior written consent from mzlogin.
• Using the mzlogin trade name, logo, or trademarks in any way that could cause confusion or prejudice to our brand.
• Performing reverse engineering on any software or technology used by the platform.

Permitted use of the platform is limited to personal, non-commercial access only. Any infringement of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.

Mzlogin reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to temporarily suspend or terminate any member account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that registration information is false or misleading.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Instructions from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Account security compromised or suspected unauthorised access.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the mzlogin support team. Any valid and eligible balance (after deducting any bonus that has not met wagering requirements) will be returned within 5 to 7 business days.

The mzlogin platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we continuously strive to keep the platform running without interruption, mzlogin makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

Mzlogin is not liable for:

• Financial losses arising from gaming activity on our platform.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the mzlogin platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to resolve it through binding arbitration. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

The Bahasa Melayu version of these Terms and Conditions is the official version. In the event of any discrepancy between a translated version and the Bahasa Melayu version, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.
